  • All Unz & Co. software products come with 90 Days FREE Technical Support from the date of purchase. After the 90 days of free support are up, there will be a per incident charge of $175 unless an up-to-date maintenance agreement exists. For technical support, please email your questions to unz@unzco.com or call 800-631-3098.
  • If the installation disc and/or serial number is lost or damaged, it will only be replaced if your software is covered by a maintenance agreement.  A maintenance agreement is only available for UnzExport Software and coming soon, UnzHazmat Software.  A paid and up-to-date maintenance agreement entitles you to any new releases and/or replacement of the software – free if charge. If your software is NOT covered by a maintenance agreement, you will have to purchase a new installation media.
