A quick and inexpensive way to customize your forms. Your company name, address and logo can be imprinted on any of our quality stock forms. You may choose to have pertinent, repetitive information or consecutive numbering imprinted as well.
What is Custom-Imprinting?
Custom-imprinting employs the "hot type" printing process, and works by impressing images against a finished form. These images are printed in ink on the top ply of the form and are carried through to the other plies via the carbon paper interleaved in the form itself. Any ink color(s) may be printed on the top sheet. Aluminum plates (called cuts) may be made of company logos and used with good results in the imprint process. Type size and style may be varied for emphasis.

How to Order
If you know what you would like to have imprinted, simply mail or fax us a sample of the form complete with the information to be imprinted. If a company logo is desired, please mail us a clean representation of the logo.
